I think the concept of a virtual school has some major advantages and disadvantages. While virtual school can be a convenient method of instruction and has the ability to reach out across many different areas of the world, the lack of interpersonal interaction can take away from the learning experience. One thing that I find to be very positive about the virtual experience is that each student can have an opportunity to be heard since their work and comments are submitted electronically, viewed, and responded to without class time constraints.
